Refund Policy

1. All money deposited to your G-gems account is held on your behalf until it is utilised to place a bet.
2. Money held in your G-gems account may be refunded on request, subject to 24 hours' notice to enable us to verify that all of the Terms and Conditions have been complied with, including those under the heading 'Withdrawals'.
